Jeff is founder and president of Morris Realty & Auction in 2007. He graduated the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) - 2010, the highest designation available to an auctioneer and earned his AARE designation, Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate in 2007.  Real estate broker since 1980. Licensed auctioneer since 2004. Licensed real estate broker and auctioneer in the states of Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, North Carolina and Florida.  Jeff has been a commissioner on the Tennessee Auctioneer Commission since 2012.

In November, 2021 Jeff was inducted into the Tennessee Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame.

Valerie received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education, where she dedicated 15yrs to students in inner city schools. She also worked part-time in the auction scene, which led her to the decision to change careers. Valerie’s knowledge, coupled with her undergraduate degree in education and teaching, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings.

Jennifer Warmack, a longtime fast talking Memphian, joined Morris Realty & Auction in 2018 as both a Tennessee licensed Apprentice Auctioneer and Tennessee licensed Affiliate Broker. Being a multi-licensed sales professional gives Jennifer the advantage of representing both buyers and sellers using the traditional real estate sales marketing method as well as the auction sales and marketing method.

Earned his Auctioneer's License in October 2016.  Earned his A.T.S. accreditation in February of 2016 and his A.A.R.E. accreditation in July of 2017. Member of the National Auctioneers Association.  Member of the Tennessee Auctioneers Association.  Lifelong Memphian.  Graduate of Cordova High School Attended University of Tennessee. 3-Years experience in Civil Engineering.

Unfortunately, Hunter passed away October 5, 2019 and we honor him for the outstanding young man he was and the great contribution he made to this company.

John has been an affiliate broker since August, 2017 and has worked part time in the auction industry as a ringman for several years.  He became a licensed auctioneer in February, 2018 and is a graduate of the Kentucky Auction Academy.

John has  sold over 4 million dollars worth of real estate.

He has served over 18 years as both an enlisted soldier & officer in the Tennessee Army National Guard and the US Army Reserves and was deployed once to Iraq during this time.

John grew up on a farm in Middle Tennessee and has loved agriculture and the land.  He is graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in Agriculture and has worked in both the public and private sectors.
